Turning approximately 1.1 million pages into usable information

A prior operating team led by NavaFuturo founders designed and delivered a large employee-record digitization program in Mérida, completing the planned work approximately 30 days early.

Prior-team delivery evidence · Not a NavaFuturo client engagement

This engagement predates NavaFuturo. It is presented as evidence of relevant founder and prior-team experience, not as a NavaFuturo company result.

The situation behind the work.

The program covered records associated with approximately 65,000 employees. Files averaged about 17 documents per employee, with the oldest material dating to 1976. The operating design had to manage physical intake, remote scanning, indexing, quality control and a unified digital view.

The operating challenge

Large volumes, old and inconsistent records, distributed intake and the need for reliable retrieval made this an information-management problem, not merely a scanning assignment.

What the evidence demonstrates.

Reported result

The approximately four-month plan was completed about one month early.

Records became more structured, searchable and usable through a unified view.

The delivery model connected physical handling, digital production, quality and lifecycle management.

Prior experience can inform the design, but it cannot replace discovery in your operating environment. Begin with representative data, accountable owners and a result worth measuring.
