Oscar brings more than forty years of experience in retail, together with fifteen years of exposure to the IT sector and deep experience in real estate and local ecosystem development. His perspective begins with the practical conditions required to make an initiative work: demand, location, infrastructure, partnerships and trust.

Inspired by India’s technology transformation

India’s growth as a technology and knowledge-services economy led Oscar to explore how similar work could create better opportunities in Mexico. He helped bring international technology-training and distributed-operations organizations into the country and contributed to initiatives focused on IT-sector employment and transformation.

That experience reinforced a central idea: capable people are already present in many communities. What is often missing is the operating ecosystem that connects them to credible work.

Oscar focuses on building local partnerships, activating suitable real-estate and infrastructure opportunities, advancing the impact-sourcing model and connecting NavaFuturo with the communities and institutions that shape regional development.
